Steve Heidbreder, CPA   Tax and MAS Supervisor

Steve graduated with honors from the University of Illinois where he made the Dean's list several times.  He has 28 years of experience in public and private accounting.  Steve's private experience was as a controller for a fast food franchise, a software distributor, and a steel fabricator/erector. Steve has served a number of different industries with an emphasis on computer and tax consulting for small business. He has been a QuickBooks Professional Advisor since 1998 and has now earned the status of Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor. He also teaches an introductory course for QuickBooks for a local Community College. Steve has helped clients in varying industries evaluate, implement, and troubleshoot their accounting systems. He also provides tax planning and preparation for all types of clients, including individuals, trusts, businesses an estate. Steve is a past volunteer for St. Patrick's Church in their ministry to Carle Hospital. Steve is a member of Savoy Rotary and is their former Treasurer. 

 

Renee Osterbur, CPA   Audit Supervisor

Renee is a supervisor in the audit department of Martin Hood Friese and Associates, LLC. She graduated from the University of Illinois in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and joined Martin Hood Friese and Associates in January of 2002. During her time with the firm , Renee has served clients in many industries including not-for-profit, small business, and employee benefit plans. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, and the ESOP Association. She also serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the Eastern Illinois Foodbank.
