services constitute large consulting engagements, but many times these
services are provided more informally. We enjoy the opportunity to sit
down with many of our clients and discuss the problems and opportunities
they face day in and day out. We work with our clients to either fix
the problems or minimize their impact on profitability. We help our

Sooner or later we are in the position to help many of our business
owners transition to retirement. When you own your own business this
transition is much more complicated than simply deciding to retire.
Management of the business has to be transitioned into capable hands
or the business will have to be sold. This is a time consuming process
that rarely maximizes the value of the business (the key family asset)
without careful and deliberate planning. We help some owners develop
and implement a succession plan. We value the business and assist selling
the business for some other owners. Some of the former business owners
will then rely on us to manage the proceeds from selling their businesses.
